You need tools that actually work in the middle of the mess.
I’m a mother of two, a former surrogate, a trained doula, and a yoga teacher. I know that sometimes self-care isn't a 90-minute hot yoga class; sometimes, it’s a three-minute breathing technique while the coffee brews or a specific stretch to undo the "nursing slouch."
These 60-minute virtual 1-on-1 sessions are a judgment-free zone. We focus on practical mindfulness, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation tailored to the body you are in today.

The Prenatal Deep Dive | Confidence & Comfort
Stop wondering "Am I doing this right?" We’ll audit your favorite movements for safety, address common pregnancy discomforts (like back or hip pain), and practice focused breathing and somatic tools to prepare your mind for birth.
Motherhood is a marathon, and the "touched-out" feeling is real. This session is designed for the overstimulated mom. We focus on postural relief and "micro-practices" to help you find your center when the house feels loud.
